The Lyman Lures Design Contest starts July 1st, 2023!
We are excited to launch this fun, interactive contest where you’ll get to engage your creativity and have the chance to win some amazing prizes this year!
Inside every NEW Lyman Lures fishing lure package (shipped after June 15, 2023), you will find a special blank image of our 75 year old 4″ lure printed on the insert. Use your favourite colouring tools to bring your imagination to life and create your very own design.
Then beginning July 1st, for all who enter and post their design based on our contest rules, we will randomly select winners to receive some awesome Lyman gear AND ONE lucky person will have the opportunity for their design to be made into a custom Lyman Lures model!

INSTRUCTIONS and RULES for Contest Entry:
- Remove the insert from your Lyman Lures fishing lure package. Look at the reverse! Use the QR code to get back to these instructions.
- Colour the lure template using any medium you like, whether it be coloured pencils, markers, crayons, paint, etc.
- Take a photo of your artwork and post it on Instagram or Facebook and make sure to do three things:
- FIRST: Enter your name and email here, so we can contact you if you win.
- SECOND: TAG us @LymanLures1947 in your post. Join our social accounts too, if you like!
- And THIRD: use the hashtags ‘#LymanDesignContest’ AND ‘#LymanLures’ so we can find your posts!
Random draws will be done for Lyman prizes each month ….. AND ONE Grand Prize winner at the end of the contest will have their original design turned into a custom Lyman Lures Model.
Entries will be judged on creativity, originality, and overall execution. The contest is open to residents of the US and Canada and will run from July 1st, 2023 until December 31st, 2023. Good luck and happy designing!
